Weka

There is a Weka around Apple Tree Campsite that is very friendly and looks to have stolen food based on the plastic around the reeds where he headed after flogging some of our scraps while we were washing up.
There were also a nber of european wasps around the campsite.

We have seen several Weka at basically everywhere sometimes we see them in the
Lagoon at low tide
