Kaka

I‘ve seen one Kaka flying over the campsite Bark Bay. First I was unsure if it was a Kaka, but when I compared the sound it was making to the sound in the app, I was sure that it was a Kaka. I saw him flying at about 8 am.

Seen flying over Bark Bay campsite, then up close above us in a tree just before the Bark Bay Hut. The kākā was not bothered by us, we stopped and silently took photos then quietly carried on

We had just arrived at Bark Bay Hut and one flew about a meter over my friends shoulder then up into the high trees. We heard/saw at least one more as we were leaving the next morning at about 8am
