Pigs

Right next to the tents at the Anchorage campground. Doenst seem to be afraid of humans.

On the track off the loop to Pitt Head lookout. About 50metres from the lookout

Spotted one pig and heard a second on the Te Pukatea side of the direct track from Anchorage.

On the path back from pitt head lookout there was a healthy looking young black pig (not boar)

Not sighted pigs themselves, but evidence of pig damage around track

Signs of them having dug up the path moss just past the hut along the beach

On the lookouts over te puketea beach - significant damage that appears to be caused by pigs

Large black pig drinking from stream next to campsite at Te Pukatea Bay, spotted at 7:45 pm on 21/11/21. It saw us and ran up into the bus.
