Pigs

Digging activity and very fresh tracks in stream bed leading into waiharakeke Bay campsite.

3x pigs about 300m from Te Pukatea bay on the way towards anchorage.

Seen in bush below the short ridge track out to Separation Point, at the first corner where the first rocky cove becomes visible.

Near yellow bay

Saw momma wild pig with her twin piglets. Coming down the track from the bench/lookout into Anchorage bay.

On the beach at Anchorage this morning we were surprised to see a loverly chubby black pig with at least 2 pigletts

In the track decending from the main coastal route down into Coquille bay, about 25m before hitting the beach we saw two adult pigs (one with tusks) and four piglets. All were mostly dark black. Adults wouldve been around 80cm-100cm long, piglets around 30-50cm long. The area has plenty of evidence of pig rummaging. The photo isnt very good but I have a few videos if youd like to see more.
