Three Kaka getting with their business ( looks like there's a bit of mating going on. Location is between Sandfly Bay and Waterfall Creek.

It crept from one side of the trail to the other through the underground water tunnel/pipe…sneaky little bugger

About 30min or an hour walking from Marahau toward the Inland Track

3 x kaka flew from a southern direction towards Kaka Point lookout, scraking & came 2 rest in the large eucalyptus trees at Kaka Point overlooking Kaiteriteri beach for a few minutes before taking flight again in a Southerly direction.

One bird see at Torrent Bay camp site.
