Cheeky weka tried to steal key chain

I haven't seen them by myself, but another Tramper has seen a sow with a few young boars on the way from Anchorage to Torrent Village.

I saw Wekas all the time along the Track between Anchorage and Whariwharangi.

Mosquito bay by the tsunami escape and also another weka on the island at low tide. The weka living by tsunami Track also chased another weka out if his territory

Saw weka family (2 adults together and 2 chicks) at the ild homestead spot with the plaque in the rock by bark bay hut

Hi wondering if you can help. We saw the bird attached at Torrent Bay. I cant seem to find it on your list of birdlife. Thanks Richard
