Northbound abel tasman coastal track next to bark bay hut

Feeding close to the track on a burnt stamp of a tree, had no visible marking

Seemingly sick little blue penguin on the beach at Tonga Quarry. Watched it from afar for a while and it never moved, so investigated closer and it seems sick/injured as it is not even attempting to move when I got closer :( Some open shellfish directly in front of it, but I dont know if that's related
