2 weka (not together) on track between Medlands Bay and Torrent Bay. It was at mid way point of track and we could look down and see a lagoon

Walked across batch deck at 530am. Also heard calling over past two days in early morning.

Everywhere on sand spit at Barks Bay. Great work!! One very loud bird with orange leg band seemed to be squadron leader

Heard call Anchorage

Seen on site at awaroa lodge. Very curious and not afraid to come close to people.
