Watched kaka pecking at bark in Cyathea Cove above bach

He was eating the rest of a fish near the water. More precisely in the river which goes in the ocean. Near the Tonga Quarry Campsite.

You will not see him on the picture because I saw him after the picture with my smartphone. But I have it on my camera.

Three Whio, One rd banded. Two without bands. Lower Falls river. Also saw a southern right whale up close but no report function for that.
